Tai Chi Yoga Fusion Flow

Weaving together the elements of a taichi flow and yoga into a class that links body to breath to draw in consciousness while creating a stronger, more balanced, and relaxed body.

Everyone can come and enjoy going with the flow in this fusion of two amazing practices.

No mat required, nothing to memorize, nothing to get perfect, just flow and feel great!

The chair is just another aid to help you find your perfect place.

Join me and experience a flowing style of yoga that combines movement and breath.

It's not about the "perfect pose", it's about YOUR perfect pose.
